Brief

Create a 3-day workshop with the aim to stimulate and give practical tools to the global marketing team to push innovation and global brand management to the next level.

Our work

Iqonixs ideated the full workshop: from theme & content generation, organisation of top level external speakers, in-depth evaluation of brand portfolio, exercise coordination to full workshop presentation and moderation.

The workshop took place in a remote hotel in Guatemala, where we were able to combine theoretical frameworks with practical group exercises and global business cases / best-practices.

In total 3 guest speakers joined the session: 2 international CMOs from world-renowned brands as well as a motivational speaker, all able to share personal and business insights.
